We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients combined with authentic African spices and seasonings imported directly from across the continent. Every ingredient is carefully selected by Chef Koko before it enters our kitchen. We do not use frozen pre-made meals — everything is cooked fresh daily.

We use palm oil, vegetable oil and groundnut oil depending on the dish. Our meats include beef, chicken, goat and fish — all sourced fresh. We use seasonal vegetables and traditional African produce wherever possible to keep every dish as authentic as possible.

We cook the way African mothers have always cooked — with natural ingredients and real spices. We do not add artificial flavourings or preservatives to our food. Our seasoning comes from traditional spice blends, not chemical additives.

Yes — several dishes on our menu are naturally vegetarian or can be prepared without meat on request. Please mention any dietary requirements or allergies when placing your order and Chef Koko will do her best to accommodate you. Contact us on WhatsApp before ordering if you have severe allergies.

Our kitchen operates under strict food hygiene standards. All food is prepared fresh on the day of service, stored at correct temperatures and handled by trained staff. Chef Koko personally oversees all food preparation to ensure every plate meets our quality standards.
